Refund policy

BookVault sells digital books that are delivered immediately after purchase. If you cannot access a book you paid for, contact us from your receipt and we will restore access.

If you bought the wrong title, tell us within 7 days and we will help you switch to another BookVault book of equal price, or refund the original purchase when access has not been used.
